These Terms govern your use of the Yadlo iOS application and associated web offerings provided by e77code GmbH. By downloading or accessing the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

IMPORTANT HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE: Yadlo is an organizational tool designed for private family meal coordination and rolling queue management. It does NOT provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for inspecting all ingredients for allergens (e.g. tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, lactose, celery), dietary suitability, expiration dates, and proper hygienic food preparation and cooking temperatures. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law (Art. 100 Code of Obligations), e77code GmbH disclaims any liability for adverse health consequences, allergic reactions, food-borne illnesses, or culinary accidents resulting from meals prepared using recipes or plans coordinated within the application.

Users retain ownership of photos of dishes and meals they upload. By uploading any imagery, the user warrants that they hold all required copyrights and that any recognizable individuals (especially children or household members) have provided explicit consent under Art. 28 of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB - Right to one's own image). Uploading unauthorized copyrighted material from third-party publications or recipe books is strictly prohibited.

e77code GmbH strives for high availability and dependable synchronization, but provides the service on an «as is» and «as available» basis without warranty against unforeseen network disruptions.

All legal relationships arising from the use of this application are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law principles and the UN CISG. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Walkringen / Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
